We separate those networks on the firewall and switches and look after the Windows servers. Distribution and logistics
With Highways 400, 407 and 427 and two large rail yards, Vaughan has a lot of warehouse space. Warehouses need Wi-Fi that reaches between the racking, handheld scanners that stay connected, and an internet link that doesn’t stop orders when one line fails. We design and fix warehouse Wi-Fi on UniFi, Cisco or Fortinet equipment and configure the firewall to switch to a second internet line automatically if the first one fails.

Do you come on-site in Vaughan?
Yes. Technicians from our team come out to the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, Concord, Woodbridge, Maple and the rest of the city, and the managed plan covers those visits. We try a remote fix first because it is usually quicker, and send a technician when the job needs hands on a server, switch, firewall or access point.
Is the price different for a business in Vaughan?
No. The managed plan is $125 to $175 CAD per user per month here, as everywhere in the GTA, and on-site visits in Vaughan come with it. A plant with its own server and a separate yard office would sit higher in that range than a one-floor office at the VMC. Licences and hardware are billed on top.
Can you support our job sites and site trailers?
Yes. A trailer needs an internet connection, a small firewall and a VPN back to the office so staff can reach drawings and the accounting system. We set up the firewall and VPN as a fixed-quote job, and when the site closes the equipment can move to the next one. Laptops and phones on site get MFA and endpoint protection.
We are moving into an office at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Can you set it up?

Yes. We cover the whole GTA on-site, so one team supports both buildings and the VPN between them. That matters most when something breaks between the two sites, because there is no argument between providers about whose side the problem is on. The managed plan includes on-site visits at every location.
