Pick the path that fits your office

We look after offices of 5 to 50 people that have no IT person, and organizations of 50 to 250 that have their own IT staff but need more hands. Either way, one team handles the whole stack, from the firewall and Wi-Fi to Microsoft 365, servers, backup and business phones.

Everything your office runs on, looked after by one team

When staff say the internet is down, the cause could be the firewall, the provider’s line, a switch, the Wi-Fi or a Microsoft 365 outage. The same technicians look after all of it, so nobody has to work out which vendor to call first. The full list of IT services helps you pick by problem or by office size.

Small offices and mid-size teams need different things

A 12-person office with no IT person needs someone to own the whole job: answer staff questions, come in when hands are needed, and keep security and backup in place. A 150-person firm with two IT staff needs cover for the nights, weekends and projects its own people cannot reach. We run the two paths differently.

Small offices, 5 to 50 staff

With no IT person, the owner or office manager ends up resetting passwords and chasing the internet provider. On the monthly plan we act as your IT department. Staff call us or open a ticket, on-site visits across the GTA are included, and endpoint protection, email filtering, MFA setup and Microsoft 365 backup come with the plan. If you need help only a few times a year, pay-as-you-go hourly support works too. IT support for small offices helps you choose between them.

Mid-size teams, 50 to 250 staff

If you have an IT person or a small team, they are probably stretched. Co-managed support gives them senior technicians to lean on: emergency cover after hours through our 24/7 line, extra hands for migrations and refreshes, and a second opinion before a big change. Your staff keep whatever work they want to keep, and co-managed support is quoted after a call. Co-managed IT for mid-size teams shows how it fits around your people.

What IT support costs with us

Our published price for the managed plan is $125 to $175 CAD per user per month, covering unlimited remote help desk, on-site visits across the GTA, endpoint protection, email filtering, MFA setup and Microsoft 365 backup. The rest is priced to the job: co-managed support after a call, hourly help at a rate on request, and projects by fixed quote.

The table below compares the three ways to pay. The pricing page works through a 10-person office and lists what is billed on top of the plan.

What happens when you call the 24/7 line

Call 647-812-3775 at any hour and a technician from our team answers. Use the line when work has stopped or data is at risk. Before you dial, note what has stopped, how many people it affects and what changed just before. Everything else goes to the help desk by ticket, phone or email.

What counts as an emergency

Call the line when a whole site is offline, a server or the line-of-business software on it is down, nobody can send or receive email, a firewall has failed, or you think an attacker is inside your systems. A problem that affects one person while everyone else keeps working can wait for a ticket.

A slow laptop, a printer jam or a new user can be logged with the form on this page. Clients and new callers use the same number. If you are not a client yet, call anyway, and the technician will tell you on that call whether we can take it on. The 24/7 emergency support page has more detail.

What two IT managers say about working with us

These quotes come from two IT managers we have worked with. One looks after IT for a logistics company in Mississauga, where we worked on SharePoint and day-to-day support. The other looks after IT for a pharmaceutical company in Etobicoke, where our team provided Office 365 support. We publish each person’s role, industry and city only.

Their tailored SharePoint solutions and outstanding customer support have enabled us to streamline our operations, enhance collaboration, and ultimately drive business growth.

I can attest to the excellent Office 365 support provided to us. Their prompt response, in-depth expertise, and dedication to resolving our issues have made a significant difference in our daily operations. IT Support Hub has proven to be an invaluable partner, ensuring that our team remains productive and connected at all times.

Where our technicians come on-site

Our own technicians come on-site across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga and Vaughan. When a server, a firewall or a new hire’s desk needs hands in the room, a technician from our team drives to your office. Remote help covers the rest, wherever your staff happen to be working that day.

Questions people ask

Are you actually local?

Yes. Our own technicians work across the Greater Toronto Area and come to client offices on-site, including in Toronto, Mississauga and Vaughan. The phone number on this site, 647-812-3775, reaches our team, and the two IT managers quoted on this page work for companies in Mississauga and Etobicoke.

Should I call or open a ticket?

It depends on how bad it is. If work has stopped, call 647-812-3775 and a technician answers, day or night. For anything that has not stopped work, open a ticket with the form on this page and pick the urgency that matches, or email info@itsupporthub.ca. Both reach the same team of technicians.

What do you need from us to give a price?

A rough staff count, how many computers and sites you have, whether you run a server, and what is going wrong today. With that, we can tell you where your office sits in the $125 to $175 per-user range, or whether hourly help or co-managed support fits better. Call 647-812-3775 or use the form on this page.

What size of business do you work with?

Offices of 5 to 250 people across the GTA. Smaller offices with no IT person usually choose between the managed plan and pay-as-you-go hourly support. Organizations of 50 to 250 with their own IT staff can work with us on co-managed terms, where our technicians work alongside their team.

Something broken, or something to plan?

For anything urgent, call. A technician answers the emergency line 24/7. For everything else, open a ticket and tell us what is going on.
